I had met Rico on another roofing incident where I needed a minor repair. He was professional and kind. He did the repair without charge. Before leaving he asked if I ever needed my roof replaced to give him a call and he provided his business card. No pressure or selling. It was like he was mentioning it in passing.

This year I needed my roof replaced as part of an insurance claim for hail damange and also because of leaking from my neighbor’s flat roof. Rico and crew completed the job in a timely manner. I met with him on a Monday and he had finished with the job by Tuesday! It was great because I was planning to move from my home to another state. So, it was less pressure on me trying to take care of the roof and moving.

The roof looks great. It is color coordinated with the neighbor’s (townhouse community). Great job by all.

We bought our house in August 2018 and the roof was replaced before we bought it, in June 2018. They did a really great job and it turned out so nice and it made the house look so much better, we had a small issue shortly after we moved in with the bathroom vent line becoming disconnected and we had some leakage going on in our attic and SWAT came out promptly to fix the vent line and vent on the roof and the shingles around it and applied more ice and water protection. I was very pleased with their work and their customer service.
